The Keep It Simple Challenge


Even the most basic program can become more complex if you are not careful. The potential for complexity increases when a credit union uses a complicated points system, are afraid they are giving their members too much and begin adding restrictions or additional requirements, or micromanage the details and until they have designed the equivalent of a duckbill platypus. It’s worth repeating; keeping it simple is essential.
